Updates to the Plumb House

The historic Plumb House is open Thursday through Saturday, and current hours are 10 AM – 2 PM. We hope you make it out to see a few changes we’ve made to the Summer Kitchen and Happy’s Workshop!

These rooms feature a set of unique artifacts such as taxidermy from the mid-19th century, a blown egg collection- that cannot be replicated today, and a large collection of spearpoints and arrowheads from the Shenandoah Valley and beyond. The Plumb House is kid friendly and we have a new scavenger hunt that will challenge you and your kids to become an explorer of history!
